I am a learning-based leader who embraces succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and team building.

I help real estate agents launch, build & expand their real estate businesses. And this all starts with a conversation! In that conversation we uncover their values, personal aspirations, and their big WHY. 80% of the time this is with agents inside my 4 walls and 20% of the time it is with agents at other brokerages. Why would I spend time with agents at other brokerages helping them with their real estate business? Because I want all real estate agents to succeed regardless of what brokerage they are at!

When I am not at the Market Center helping agents build big lives, I am working out, reading a book, hanging out with my wife, and building generation wealth for my family!
